Golden 2016, Hello 2017 & a Taylored Approach

​2016 brought a golden year.  A catch phrase I held onto to create these expectations of what I needed to achieve in my early 30's.  What I have come to find is that it wasn't necessarily material things that helped me live a golden year but an appreciation of experiences for me to realize who I am and what I want.    

Sounds cheesy right?  But if you've known me for years, I've been the woman who is fearless at work with a side of a girl who is timid to put herself out there in her personal life.  While that personal side is still writing her own journey and love story, it's a woman who's leading it.  

It was a roller coaster year in my career bringing a fierce realization that my job does not define who I am.  And although I ooze a passion for it, it will always be there.  I met my first love of yoga (thank you Ms. Lai) where I felt in control, although sweaty, but confident how natural it came and how I conquered a fear of the oh so dreaded sculpt class, even with my bitty 2 pound weights.  I discovered a passion for photography and found I became more inspired by the most amazing of views but also the smallest of things thanks to San Francisco's charm.   

And thus,  why I started a Taylored Approach.  Something that's been on my resolution list for years but I wasn't confident in my point of view until now.  A place I can share things I love, embracing life with a creative energy and confidence, all while discovering there is a mighty #GirlBoss in me outside the office.
